  • KulaMind will help you cope with the stress of loving someone with mental health issues. After signing up, your individual coach will listen carefully to your problems to understand your needs. For example, many of our clients care deeply for their loved one, but they also struggle with setting healthy boundaries or dealing with their own resentment or burnout. Your coach will then guide you through practicing evidence-based strategies and resources that have helped thousands of loved ones/caregivers in the past. You can always access these resources on your computer or phone web browser, so you have help whenever you need it: at home on your computer, with your loved one on your phone, etc. Your coach will also be available to support you by video sessions or text messaging. With KulaMind, you won't have to face your challenges alone ever again.
